Donahue. 25, drove his Dodge Charger Hellcat around traffic cones to enter the center tube in Weehawken against New Jersey-bound traffic around 2 a.m., the Port Authority's Joseph Pentangelo said.

The car slammed into a jitney bus occupied by 15 passengers -- four of whom were taken with minor injuries to taken to Hoboken Medical University Center, he said.

The remaining passengers boarded a second jitney.

Donahue, meanwhile, was arrested -- as was a companion identified as Mahmood Suleiman, 21, who Pentangelo said was arrested for disorderly conduct.

Donahue failed a field and registered .15 on a breath test, he said.

A fifth-round draft pick for the Jets last year, Donahue played in four games for the Jets last season -- mostly in special teams -- before an elbow injury sidelined him.
